- Choose the amount – you can pick one or combine multiple values for a personalized total. At checkout, please let us know if the cumulated amounts are for one Gift Card or multiple.
- Receive your Gift Card – a unique code will be sent to you via email and and beautiful printed, high quality card will be mailed to your address
- Rendeem easily – the recipient visits our e-shop, selects their favorite pieces and enters the unique code at checkout in the ‘Coupon’ field.
Our Gift Card is printed on luxurious, thick premium-quality paper, perfect for gifting. Whether you give it in person or send it by mail, it’s a meaningful and elegant gesture.

Paid delivery
Shipping of in-stock products:
In-stock products will be shipped no later than 3 working days after receipt of the order.
Shipping of in-supply products:
For products in the process of being supplied, delivery times may be extended. Details are given in the descriptions of the products concerned.
Carriers used for delivery:
We work with the following carriers for shipping your orders: Swiss Post (priority or economy mail), DHL, UPS, and FedEx. The choice of carrier is made at checkout.
International delivery:
We deliver worldwide.
Delivery times:
Switzerland: Standard (economy) delivery generally takes 3 to 5 working days, while priority delivery is completed in 1 to 2 working days. Products from external shipping partners may result in an additional delay of 1 to 2 days.
Europe and international: Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customs duties and other import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. You will be informed by email in case of delays communicated by the carrier.
Shipping fees:
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country and parcel size.
Orders for gift vouchers and orders with a value exceeding CHF 500 for Switzerland, or CHF 1000 for other countries, qualify for free shipping.
