In the event of stock shortages, Etcheaz will inform the customer as soon as possible and offer either an equivalent item or a delayed delivery. If neither option is satisfactory, the customer can request a refund or reimbursement in the form of a voucher.

To return an item, you must first email customerservice@etcheaz.com with a statement of the reason for return. After approval, send the item back to the specified address within 14 days of receipt. The return is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

For orders within Switzerland, you can pay using Credit Card, Twint, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or PostFinance. For international orders, payments are accepted via Credit Card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

If you wish to pay by prepayment or invoice, contact Etcheaz directly by email. 

For deliveries within Switzerland, the standard delivery time is 3-5 working days for economy mail and 1-2 working days for priority mail. International deliveries may vary depending on location, and additional import duties may apply.

If you receive damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items, you must report the issue in writing via email to customerservice@etcheaz.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods, including a photo of the problem. If the defect is accepted by Etcheaz, the customer will receive an identical replacement item, and Etcheaz will cover the return shipping costs.
