Refund & Returns Policy

Right of return
You can cancel the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods by returning the goods with a description of the reason for the return. The return of the goods is at your responsibility and expense. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Only items that are absolutely complete, undamaged and in perfect, unused condition will be accepted for return. The items must be returned in their original, unadhesive and undamaged packaging.

In particular, used, soiled, damaged or badly smelling products cannot be returned. Should this be the case or returned late, we reserve the right to assert claims for compensation and/or refuse to accept returns.

The return must be exclusively :

  1. First, declare by email with the statement of reason for return to customerservice@etcheaz.com
  2. Second, to send to the following address: Etcheaz c/o e-return, Butzenstrasse 16,  8304 Wallisellen, Switzerland
    Please remember that the goods must be received by us within 14 days of receipt.

If you have returned the goods on time and in the proper manner, you can choose between a voucher or a refund. The shipping costs will not be refunded. The refund transfer will be instructed to the account from which the transfer was made. If you have paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the credit card account.

Delivery defects
We ask you to check the delivered items immediately for correctness, completeness and intactness. Complaints about the scope of delivery, material defects, incorrect deliveries and quantity deviations must be reported in writing by e-mail to customerservice@etcheaz.com with a photo within 24 hours of receipt and acceptance of the goods.

The defect will be checked by Etcheaz immediately. If the defect is accepted, you will receive an identical replacement item, if in stock.

The costs for the return shipment will be borne by Etcheaz in this case.
