Inside the transparent dome, layers of carefully cut paper create a lively three-dimensional collage. Familiar landmarks meet unexpected details, transforming the city into a tiny world to explore from every angle.
A miniature work of paper art. Created by French artist Charlotte Bourrus in her studio in France, each globe is assembled by hand. Around a hundred individual paper cut-outs are suspended and layered inside a glass dome, creating depth, movement and a wonderfully unexpected sense of perspective.
Every piece is unique. The composition may vary slightly from one globe to another, making each creation a singular little artwork.
