Wipe off sweat, dust, or any other residue after each use with a towel. Mild soap and water can also be used to clean stains if necessary. The FAMILY models feature a removable cover that is machine washable at 60°C.

Screen-printed and designed with water-based, solvent-free inks. This sustainable sublimation process ensures we use only the necessary amount of ink, reducing waste and environmental impact.
Warranty
All ToyBoards are built to last.They all come with a 3-year warranty. Should you notice any sagging foam or stitching defects during this period, we would make it our duty to replace the product.

Shipping of in-stock products:
In-stock products will be shipped no later than 3 working days after receipt of the order.
Shipping of in-supply products:
For products in the process of being supplied, delivery times may be extended. Details are given in the descriptions of the products concerned.

We work with the following carriers for shipping your orders: Swiss Post (priority or economy mail), DHL, UPS, and FedEx. The choice of carrier is made at checkout.
International delivery:
We deliver worldwide.
Delivery times:
Switzerland: Standard (economy) delivery generally takes 3 to 5 working days, while priority delivery is completed in 1 to 2 working days. Products from external shipping partners may result in an additional delay of 1 to 2 days.
Europe and international: Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customs duties and other import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. You will be informed by email in case of delays communicated by the carrier.
Shipping fees:
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country and parcel size.
Orders for gift vouchers and orders with a value exceeding CHF 500 for Switzerland, or CHF 1000 for other countries, qualify for free shipping.
